Jeffrey Perry, aged 44, was killed on July 5, 2013, in Detroit, Michigan. The circumstances of his death involved a family conflict that tragically escalated to violence. Perry was shot by his nephew, Lamar Latieff Walker II, following a Fourth of July fireworks display.
