In the summer of 2013, the city of Detroit lost a beloved community figure in a senseless act of violence. Timothy Kirby, a 46-year-old African-American man, was a devoted pastor and a father of four, known for his dedication to his family and his ministry. He was actively working on building a new congregation for his church, a testament to his commitment to his faith and community.
