In the predawn hours of a late October morning in 2016, the life of 26-year-old Parish Howard, a male resident of River Rouge, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter on the streets of Detroit, Michigan. Howard had departed from his home at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 30th. It was just forty minutes later that his journey would come to a permanent end.
