On October 1, 2012, 34-year-old Machel Martin was shot and killed on Park Street in Dorchester, Boston. The incident took place in the early hours, and Martin was found with fatal gunshot wounds at the scene. His murder remains unsolved, adding to the list of Boston's unsolved homicides from 2012.
