On a cold Tuesday night in Baltimore, the life of William Davis was tragically cut short. On January 9, 2007, the 26-year-old Black male was found shot at 1200 North Caroline Street. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
