In the autumn of 2020, a life was tragically cut short in a parking lot outside a Baltimore bar. On October 10th, Antoine Crowder was seated in an Acura Legend with three other individuals when another vehicle, a Hyundai Elantra, pulled up alongside them. Inside the Elantra were Kevin Hall and his co-defendant, 40-year-old Terrell Carter. Suddenly, the quiet of the evening was shattered by gunfire as someone from the Elantra opened fire on the Acura. The hail of bullets fatally wounded Crowder.
