In the cold of a Baltimore winter, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Julius Pressley, a 23-year-old Black man, was found shot on February 24, 2008. The incident occurred at the corner of North Milton Avenue and East Chase Street in Baltimore, Maryland. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
