In the spring of 2008, the life of 20-year-old Marcellus Benjamin Hall was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male known affectionately to his friends and family as 'Scuddu' and 'Cello,' Hall was remembered for his lively personality. He had been educated within the Baltimore City Catholic school system.
