In the spring of 2008, the life of 20-year-old Marcellus Benjamin Hall was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male known affectionately to his friends and family as 'Scuddu' and 'Cello,' Hall was remembered for his lively personality.
