In the spring of 2010, a burst of gunfire shattered the morning calm in a Baltimore neighborhood, leaving one man dead and two others wounded. The deceased was identified as Raymond Langford Jr., a 25-year-old Black male. The incident unfolded on April 6, 2010, in the 2200 block of Fleetwood Avenue.

Emergency responders found Langford at approximately 11:30 a.m. suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment, but tragically, he succumbed ...
