In the summer of 2010, a young man's promising life was cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. Spencer Williams, a 22-year-old male, was working as a crew leader for the U.S. Census Bureau, a role he undertook with a sense of civic duty. On the evening of June 7th, after ensuring a co-worker had gotten home safely, he was driving his own car when he was targeted in a fatal shooting.
