Kareem Randall, aged 27, was shot and killed on April 27, 2011, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place outside Bob's Bar on the 1100 block of Washington Boulevard, where Kareem was approached by a suspect in a vehicle before being fatally shot. Surveillance footage indicated that a Mercedes pulled up next to Randall, and the driver fired multiple gunshots at him, even stepping out of the vehicle to continue shooting. Randall succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
