Gregory Parker, aged 22, was the victim of a targeted homicide in Baltimore, Maryland, on September 19, 2011. Parker's death was the result of a calculated murder-for-hire plot orchestrated by several individuals. The events leading up to Parker's death began with a confrontation near East Chase Street. A few days after the incident, a contract was taken out to kill Parker, with Tavon Slowe and David Sanford, also known as "Chronic," agreeing to carry out the hit for $5,000.
