Carlos Benegas-Nunez

Carlos Benegas-Nunez, a 30-year-old resident of San Francisco, was fatally shot on March 28, 2015, in the city's Tenderloin District. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 2 a.m., when officers responded to reports of a shooting.
