In the late summer of 2012, the life of Sherron Dwain Small, a 41-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of September 4th, gunfire erupted in the 1300 block of Aisquith Street, a sound that would herald the end of Small's life and the beginning of a long and unanswered quest for justice for his family.
