On the evening of March 7, 2021, tragedy struck in a North Baltimore neighborhood, forever altering the lives of those who knew and loved Terry Williams. An 18-year-old Black male, Williams was found at approximately 7:45 p.m. on the 2400 block of Shirley Avenue, having been shot. The promising life of the young man, known to some as 'Taaye,' was cut short by this act of violence.
