In the early morning hours of July 5, 2013, violence erupted on a street in Baltimore, Maryland, leaving two men dead. Tyrone Bailey, a 33-year-old Black male, was one of the victims in what police identified as a double-fatal shooting. The incident occurred around 1:50 a.m. in the 700 block of East Preston Street.
