Iran Francisco Maese, a 35-year-old man, was shot and killed on June 28, 2015, in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. at an apartment complex located on the 700 block of Linden Avenue. When Long Beach police arrived at the scene, they found Iran lying on a staircase, having suffered gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter despite efforts by paramedics to save him.
