Carlos Rena Robinson, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 23, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred at the Roosevelt Gardens apartments, located on North Lincoln Court. Police discovered Carlos's body at the complex around 9:45 p.m. on the night of the incident. Despite the immediate response from law enforcement, the motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and no arrests have been made in connection with his death.
