Jamar Samuel

Jamar Samuel, aged 26, was fatally shot on July 4, 2015, in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood. The incident occurred at around 11:20 p.m. on the 1000 block of Connecticut Street, near the Potrero Terrace public housing complex.
