In the summer of 2019, a young man's life was cut short on a street in Baltimore. On the evening of June 27th, 21-year-old Davron Dorsey was sitting outside the Ez-Shop Grocery store on the 3100 block of W. Belvedere Avenue in the Pimlico Good Neighbors area. It was around 9 p.m. when a teenager, later identified as Tracy Jones, who was 16 years old at the time, allegedly rode by on a fat tire bike.
