Rico Carlton, aged 25, was killed on September 16, 2016, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place in the 2600 block of Reisterstown Road during a reported shooting around 9:16 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found evidence of gunfire, but no victims were initially located.
