In the autumn of 2016, the life of 18-year-old TreQuan Narong Bullock was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On Sunday, October 16, the young man was fatally shot in the 1800 block of McKean Avenue. At the time of his death, Bullock was a student at Excel Academy, and his passing marked the first of five students from that school to be killed during that academic year.
