On December 20, 2016, 23-year-old Luke Beeput was fatally shot in a double shooting incident that occurred on the 5200 block of Cuthbert Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Beeput was one of two victims in the incident, and the shooting remains part of the numerous unsolved homicides that took place in Baltimore during 2016, a year marked by elevated levels of violence.
