Death by Force

Quincy Hammonds, age 18, was shot and killed on December 26, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The shooting took place in the 3700 block of Arcadia Avenue in the Langston Hughes neighborhood. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Hammonds suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
