Eddie Jr. Simon, aged 24, was shot and killed on March 1, 2015, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was transported to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital after the incident, but unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. The homicide was part of a troubling pattern of violence in Baton Rouge during that period, with gun violence becoming increasingly prevalent.
