Man shot in car off highway
On January 10, 2008, Marion Estep, a 76-year-old preacher, was found shot multiple times near his car along the Hal Rogers Parkway in Perry County, Kentucky. Estep was known for picking up hitchhikers, often seeing it as an opportunity to help those in need. His family had warned him of the dangers, but Estep continued his acts of kindness.
