In the cold winter of 1989, a young Caucasian woman named Sarah Jo DeLeon, aged 18, was brutally murdered in Kansas City, Kansas. Her life was cut tragically short on December 29, 1989, when her body was discovered by a train crew alongside railroad tracks. She had suffered multiple stab wounds and head trauma. Earlier that morning, her car had been found abandoned under an overpass, with the door ajar and the hazard lights blinking, a grim foreshadowing of the violence that had befallen her. ...
