Travis L. Mills, age 39, was tragically killed on April 18, 2010, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a construction laborer and well-known resident of the city. The incident occurred on Indy's near east side, where police found Mills shot inside his car. Authorities responded to a call late at night and discovered him unresponsive, with medics declaring him dead at the scene.
