Hi everyone,
I've been digging into the mysterious case of Clifton "Poodie" Morrow Jr., and something peculiar caught my attention. The few publicly available records keep referencing obituary notices, but there seems to be a complete absence of information regarding any investigation into his death. Isn't it strange? You'd expect at least some mention of an ongoing investigation, especially considering it's not every day someone so young just passes away without any explanation in the public domain.
I was wondering if any locals from Gary or the surrounding area remember any news reports or even community chatter around the time of his passing? Sometimes smaller details or whispers in a community give more insight than official reports. It must be incredibly tough for his family and friends, not knowing or maybe being unable to share what happened to him. Keeping them in my thoughts.
Anyone with information, please share. Maybe together we can shed some light on this.
Take care.
I've been following the case of Clifton Jerome "Poodie" Morrow Jr. for a while now, and it's deeply upsetting how little information is available about what happened to him. It seems like his passing just slipped through the cracks without any answers for his family and loved ones. Given that his obituary appeared in the Post Tribune, you'd think there might have been more interest or follow-up on the circumstances surrounding his death.
I'm particularly struck by the seeming lack of investigation or media coverage. It's almost as if his life was reduced to a mere footnote in the paper, which is so unfair to him and those who knew him. Does anyone know if there were any community efforts or local inquiries at the time to push for more information or clarity? It feels like a tragic case of someone getting overlooked, and it's important that we remember his story and push for the truth, if not for justice, then for closure for those he left behind. If anyone has any leads or insights, it would be great to share and keep his memory alive.
