I’ve been following the tragic case of Crystal Zyzanski and something that really gets to me is the effect it must’ve had on her children. Those poor kids were right there when it happened. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma of witnessing something so horrific at such a young age. It’s not just about losing their mom, as gut-wrenching as that is; it’s also about living with the memory of that day. I hope they’re getting the support they need—counseling, therapy, whatever it takes to help them heal. It’s a lifelong journey for them, and I sincerely hope the community rallies around them and Crystal’s family to offer some sense of comfort and stability. Thinking of those kids and wishing them nothing but strength and peace.
Does anyone else find it incredibly disturbing how Frank Zyzanski managed to go unnoticed for so long with such a criminal history? It’s unsettling to think that someone with 12 felonies and 10 misdemeanors could remain a threat to the community for decades. Crystal and her children should have been safe from a man like him. I can't imagine the pain Crystal’s family must be going through, especially her kids who witnessed such a horrifying event. The justice system seriously needs to reconsider how they handle repeat offenders to prevent more innocent lives from being shattered. My heart goes out to her family, and I hope they find some semblance of peace knowing Frank will never walk free again. Anyone else frustrated by this aspect of the case?
