I've been reading more about Anthony Andrzejewski's disappearances, and the aspect that's really puzzling me is how he managed to vanish from the Delaware State Hospital grounds without anyone noticing. From what I understand, he had limited independence and wouldn't have wandered far on his own due to his conditions. I wonder if anyone has looked into whether there were any security gaps or if someone might have seen him leave the premises with someone else. It’s shocking how little information there is about his movements that day, especially considering he would have needed help to get far. Has anyone dug into the hospital’s protocols or any staff that might have been around that day? It feels like there might be something there that got overlooked.
