I've been following Devon Coates' case for a while now, and one aspect that's been bothering me is the mention of a possible second suspect. Witnesses reported seeing two people at the scene, yet only Burks was charged. I can't help but think about the impact this uncertainty must have on Devon's family and friends. It's an added layer of tragedy for them, not knowing if someone else might have been involved in this horrific crime.
