I’ve been following this case since it first made the headlines, and what really stands out to me is the location where it all went down. I mean, right there at the True Gospel Baptist Church parking lot—it’s just chilling to think of such violence happening in a place that's supposed to be about peace and community. It makes me wonder why they chose that spot in the first place. Was it meant to be more hidden, or did something go wrong at the last minute, forcing their hand? My heart goes out to Damien Hairston's family and the parishioners who have to reconcile this tragedy with their place of worship. It's just so sad and unsettling for everyone involved.
