Has anyone looked into the tugboat's maintenance history before it sank? I’ve been reading about similar incidents and sometimes the condition of the vessel plays a huge role. I feel for David’s family during this difficult period, and I just wonder if there were any red flags leading up to the accident. It’s strange how such an unexpected event can change everything in an instant. Also, does anyone know if the company involved is conducting any formal investigation into it? Would be great to know if they’re taking measures to prevent something like this from happening again.
