I’ve been following Alan's case since it was first reported and can't stop thinking about the overturned canoe they found on Six Mile River. Does anyone else get the feeling that the weather conditions weren't bad enough to capsize a canoe, especially in that area? I remember going canoeing there a while back, and though the current can be strong, it seemed manageable if you're experienced. I'm wondering if there's more to the story, like possibly something or someone else was involved? Have any locals or frequent visitors to the area noticed anything odd lately? Would love to hear more thoughts or theories on what might have happened. Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Alan case closely, and something that kind of stood out to me is the timing of everything. Alan's canoe supposedly overturned on the Six Mile River, right by Hope Road, during what was described as "calm waters." I've lived in the area for years, and while I'm definitely no expert, it's just hard to picture how something like that would happen so suddenly in those conditions.
Does anyone have more insight into whether similar incidents are common on this stretch of the river? Or perhaps if there have been any updates on whether they found the canoe or any of Alan's belongings downstream? It might sound odd, but understanding this could be crucial. Appreciate any info you all can share.
