Hey everyone, I've been digging through old reports and news articles about Zenon's disappearance from the Stanovlenie back in '95. One thing that's always puzzled me is the crew's account of events leading up to that night. Several of them mentioned a sudden gust of wind right before Zenon fell, which made me wonder about weather conditions in Unalaska Bay around that time. Does anyone here have any experience with maritime conditions in that area or know where I could find historical weather data from the 90s? It just seems strange that a seasoned fisherman like Zenon would be caught off guard like that. Would love to hear your thoughts or any insights! Thanks!
