I recently came across the case of Daniel, who disappeared in 1998 after his skiff capsized between Skagway and Haines. I'm curious if anyone knows what the weather was like that day. I can imagine conditions must have been rough for such a tragic accident to occur. Were there any witness reports from other vessels in the area? Hoping we can gather more insights into what might have happened.
