Hey everyone, I've been following the Christopher Ramsey case and was wondering if anyone had thoughts on how past experiences or warnings about drug reactions should be handled legally. It's just so tragic that Rogers had previously experienced adverse reactions to hallucinogens and still chose to use them again. Do you think this history should have played a bigger role in his sentencing? It must be incredibly painful for Christopher's family to grapple with the fact that this might have been preventable if more attention was paid to these red flags. My heart goes out to them and to anyone who has ever lost a loved one in such an inexplicable way. Would love to hear your thoughts on how these situations could be better managed to prevent future tragedies.
