I've been following the tragic case of Ray Muscat and Bishop Taverner, and I'm struggling to comprehend how someone could do this to people they were close to. It makes me wonder about the kind of pressure or emotional turmoil Ruby might have been experiencing. Even though it's hard to feel empathy for someone who committed such an act, it does make me think about mental health and the importance of recognizing warning signs before things escalate to this level. The community must be feeling so torn right now, trying to piece together the fragments of what led to these terrible events. My heart goes out to the families of Ray and Bishop—no one should have to endure this kind of pain. What can we do better as a society to prevent tragedies like this? Awareness and support could be a start.
