June 3rd will forever be etched in our minds, and the pain of losing Johnny Wayne James is something that's hard to put into words. I’ve been following the discussions around the events of that day, and one detail that haunts me is the image of Johnny’s body being discovered on County Road 350. It’s chilling to think about how a moment of violence transformed a familiar road into a crime scene. My thoughts are with his family, and I hope the community can find ways to honor Johnny’s legacy beyond just remembering his tragic passing. As perplexing and hurtful as this case is, it's important that we support each other here in Stonewall and keep the focus on getting justice for Johnny. ?
