I’ve been thinking a lot about how much Troy meant to his friends and family, especially his vision for "Taylor Made Barber Shop." It's clear he had a dream that was bigger than himself, something he wanted to build for his kids, Karlie and Kayden. It’s such a shame to see a life with so much promise cut short. I’m glad justice was served, but there’s this lingering feeling about what could have been. Just so sad for his parents, Wallace and Vicki. They lost more than a son that night; they lost all the future memories as well. I hope the community keeps his dream alive somehow, maybe a gesture or event in his honor to support young people chasing their dreams. What's everyone else think?

I've been reading up on Troy Taylor's case, and one thing that stands out to me is his incredible dream of opening "Taylor Made Barber Shop." It's so deeply saddening that he never got the chance to make that dream a reality. Imagine the community space he could have created—a place filled with laughter, stories, and camaraderie. It's clear from every mention that Troy was a person full of life and ambition. The fact that his dream was taken away by such senseless violence is devastating. Let's remember Troy not just for the tragedy, but for the positive force he was and the dreams he had for a better future. My heart goes out to his children, Karlie and Kayden, who deserved to grow up seeing their dad succeed in turning his aspirations into reality. ?
