I've been thinking a lot about Brittany's son and how brave he was during that unimaginable night. Being just 13 and having to face such violence must have been incredibly traumatic for him. It's so important for the community to rally around him to provide all the support and love he needs. Let's not forget this young hero who tried to protect his mom. I hope he has access to counseling and a strong support system as he navigates through this tragedy. Sending lots of love and strength his way.
Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the courage it must have taken for Brittany’s 13-year-old son to face such a terrifying moment and seek help after being assaulted. It breaks my heart to imagine what he went through trying to protect his mom and sister during this unimaginable nightmare. At such a young age, to show such bravery is truly incredible. I really hope he’s getting all the support and care he needs to heal from this traumatic event. It’s crucial that we come together as a community to support not just him but all of Brittany’s children, who have suffered such a tremendous loss. What resources or organizations in Pascagoula have been stepping up to help the family? Are there any ways we can further assist? My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.
