I’ve been thinking a lot about Marlee’s nursing career and how it’s often overshadowed by the tragic events. As a nurse, she touched so many lives, and her colleagues at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital have shared countless stories of her compassion and dedication. It’s heartbreaking that someone so devoted to caring for others met such a senseless end. Knowing she poured her heart into helping her patients makes this loss even more profound for all who knew her. I can’t imagine the void her absence has left for her patients and coworkers who looked up to her. It's comforting to see how deeply the community cherished her, and I'm hoping her spirit continues to inspire those she worked alongside.
