Has anyone else been following the case of Christopher who went missing in the Koozaata Lagoon? I was just wondering about the conditions in that area at the time. Could choppy waters or strong currents have contributed to him not being found? Also, does anyone know what type of boat he was swimming toward and why it started drifting? I think understanding more about the circumstances might give some insight. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I've been following the Christopher case closely, and something keeps bugging me. Does anyone else think the tidal currents in Koozaata Lagoon could have played a big role in what happened? I read somewhere that the tides there can be unpredictable and pretty strong. If Christopher was swimming after a drifting boat, maybe the current shifted, making it much harder for him than anticipated. I wonder if the search teams factored this in when deciding where to look? Would be interesting to hear thoughts from anyone familiar with that area's waters. Stay safe, everyone.
Did anyone else notice how unpredictable the tides are around Koozaata Lagoon? I did a bit of reading, and it seems like they can get pretty strong, especially during certain times of the day. If Christopher was trying to swim out to a drifting boat, I hope search efforts have been factoring in the possibility of strong currents pulling him in a different direction. It’s such a vast area, and the ocean can be so tricky. Maybe there’s a chance that he was carried further out or even towards another part of the coastline. I hope they’re using every possible resource to map out those currents.
