Does anyone else feel a sense of injustice about the role Heather Markwardt played in this tragedy? I recently stumbled upon some court documents, and I find it hard not to think about the consequences of her actions. Driving James Butler away after the shooting might not seem like a lot to some, but to me, it feels like it contributed to the chaos and pain surrounding Trisha's death. I understand she only got 30 days in jail and probation, but the emotional toll that Trisha’s family has gone through must be unimaginable. People often underestimate the ripple effects their decisions can have, especially in cases involving volatile situations like this. I often wonder how different things could have been if someone had stopped Butler from leaving or if Markwardt had made a different choice. Sending love to Trisha's family and friends during this time. Every aspect of their loss is felt deeply by those who hear their story.
