Hey everyone, I've been following Kenneth Valdez's case since it first hit the news, and something that's been bugging me is the Manhattan location where he was last seen. It's such a busy area with tons of people and surveillance cameras, you’d think there would have been more clues. Has anyone in this group lived in or knows the specifics of that part of Manhattan? Are there certain spots where cameras might have missed something, or are there frequent blind spots that people wouldn’t know about unless they were familiar with the area? Also, if anyone in the city remembers seeing something around January 13, 2017, even if it seemed insignificant at the time, it might provide a new perspective. I've heard stories of onlookers seeing things and not realizing their importance until later, so every little detail could count. Would really like to hear if anyone has ideas or local insights!

Hey everyone, I was just reading through the details of Kenneth Valdez's case and something that struck me was the lack of public surveillance footage from the day he disappeared. Given that this happened in Manhattan, you'd expect there to be cameras on nearly every corner, right? It's so puzzling how there were no usable shots of him, at least from what has been shared publicly.? I wonder if there was some oversight or technical issue that caused this gap. Maybe there were cameras that weren't working that day, or perhaps the footage just didn’t provide any clear leads on his movements. If anyone has more insights into how the surveillance process works in NYC or why we might not have more visual information, I'd love to hear your thoughts! It just seems odd for such a crowded place.

I've been following the Kenneth Valdez case and wanted to bring up something that hasn't been discussed much in the threads here – the weather on the day he went missing. January in NYC can be pretty brutal, with freezing temperatures and sometimes snow. I'm curious if anyone knows what the weather was like on January 13, 2017. Could adverse weather conditions have played a role in his disappearance or affected the investigation in any way? Maybe some potential witnesses were deterred from being outside or missed seeing something important. Let's keep brainstorming and hope something new comes up soon.
