Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Peter Germain case, and something that's been bugging me is the abandoned backpack found with his snowmachine. I mean, why leave behind essentials like a wallet and clothing if you’re heading out somewhere? It makes me wonder if something unexpected happened so fast he didn’t even have time to grab his stuff. Also, does anyone know if the snowmachine was in proper working condition when they found it? That could give us a clue if he was forced off it or if it broke down and he wandered off. Thoughts?

Has anyone else been looking into the weather conditions around the time Peter went missing? I did some digging and found that there were some pretty intense snowstorms around late February in that area. It's just a bit curious, because if Peter was prepared for harsh winter conditions being a remote property owner, why wouldn't he have made sure to check those conditions before heading out or sending out his last message? Given the tough weather, I'm thinking it might have impacted both his plans and the search efforts. What do you guys think? Could the storm have obscured tracks that might've otherwise provided more clues?

Hey everyone, I've been following Peter Germain's case for a while now and something's been bugging me about the items found with his snowmachine. Does anyone else find it odd that Peter's backpack had ski goggles but the snow was already starting to melt by late May in that area? It's just strange to me that he'd leave behind something so essential for outdoor conditions, but then again I guess anything could happen out there. Maybe he was planning to return to the snowmachine soon and just left it behind temporarily? Or does it indicate something more? Thoughts?
