Hey everyone. I've been following the case of Crawford's disappearance and something that's been on my mind is the role of Skilak Lake itself. Does anyone know if they've explored underwater thoroughly, or if there are areas of the lake that are particularly treacherous or with strong currents? I know lakes up there can be pretty deep and cold, making search efforts complicated. Also, I'm curious if any locals or people familiar with that area have insights on how challenging it might be for search teams to navigate that terrain. It just seems odd that with all his gear found and the dog still around, they haven't found any trace of him in such a seemingly limited area. Would love to hear thoughts or insights from anyone familiar with Skilak Lake or similar terrain.
