Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the root cause of that tragic event at the hookah lounge where Jean Claudel Mombo lost his life. From what I've gathered, it all started with a simple argument. It's just so sad to think about how a disagreement can escalate so dramatically and result in such a senseless loss of life. I can't help but wonder what might have been different if cooler heads had prevailed or if there were better conflict resolution measures in place at venues like these. It just seems like there were so many chances for intervention before things turned so deadly. Feels absolutely tragic for Jean's loved ones and everyone impacted by that morning. Hoping that as a community, we can learn and implement ways to prevent conflicts from reaching such dangerous levels. Sending strength to all those affected.
