Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic Capulin shooting case, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this event must have had on the small town community. Being such a close-knit place, it's unimaginable to think about how the loss of three beloved members would resonate there. I can't stop thinking about Lupe Cervantes' birthday celebration turning into such a nightmare for everyone involved. It's just so sad to consider how what should have been a joyful occasion ended in tragedy. My heart truly goes out to the families who lost Marissa, Lupe, and Joey, and to all the friends and neighbors dealing with this immense loss. Does anyone have any information on how the community has been coping since the incident? It's a sober reminder of how violence can shatter so many lives in an instant.
I can't stop thinking about the impact of this tragic event on the small community of La Jara and Capulin. Everyone seems to know everyone in small towns, and the loss of Marissa Herrera-Cervantes, Lupe Cervantes, and Joey Archuleta must be so deeply felt. The fact that this happened during what was supposed to be a happy occasion, Lupe’s 57th birthday, makes it all the more devastating.
